I am excited to have fiber speeds in my rural area. The price is $59.99 and it is very fair. I dislike that they don’t send you bill or confirmations or messages about your bill being late. Also, have been frequent outages lately and they basically only want to give you a few pennies for the internet outages. When you work from home internet outages are worth more than a 1.00 deducted from your bill.

We live in a rural area. Our power company was given a federal grant to start providing fiber Internet to us. They have been amazing. If there are any issues and I have to call, someone answers the phone in seconds. If there is an outage and they need to fix something it is done in hours, not days or weeks like our old company. Even when we had a huge ice storm they were there fixing it promptly. They have been absolutely amazing to work with.
