I just got wire 3 installed yesterday and am rather upset about it. I went from 1 router to 3 routers and I don't have very good connection in my yard, which I had with my last service. I was told before I signed up for wire 3 that 1 router can easily cover my small 1500 sqft home. No such luck. I had 1 additional router installed the next day after my initial installation. That make 3 routers! My TV and computer prior to the additional router were both buffering really bad so a service tech was supposed to be here today at 08;30 but didn't get here until 11;30. Things aren't going well. The tech added the 3rd router and in my office which has one of the routers directly on the other side of the wall that is connected to my office still has a diminished signal. I have a weak signal in my yard as well. I have a very small yard and I think these routers are very poor quality. Please keep in mind that is with 3 routers in a 1500 sqft. home

Customer service is better than AT&T however, AT&T installed conduit for fiber this week and left one of Wire 3 fiber above the ground. I ask wire 3 to help me get AT&T back to fix the AT&T problem. They insisted that it was not their fiber above the ground, and where not any help in getting this resolved. How they did respond back. AT&T Just sent me to the endless loop of voice mail.

Don't subscribe. I have had the wire3 service for about 1 years and I am experiencing my 6th loss of service Don't believe it when wire 3 tells you it's reliable

Claim they provide 10G service and happily sign you up at the highest m monthly rate. I n actuality, I receive a maximum of 50Mbps. Installer advised that I am on shared segment and that my service will never be very good. Customer service disinterested in addressing issues, and advised today that I should probably go to another provider.
