July 09, 2026 Very unhappy with this company. Have had many service interruptions in the four months I’ve had them. My internet connection doesn’t seem very good on my tv. That circle keeps going around, I can’t remember what that’s called. As soon as I can get another fibre optic company here I’m going to drop them.

April 02, 2026 Spectrum has been my internet and TV provider for over 10 years and I'm happy with them. I rarely experience disruptions in my service and when I do, they are quick to notify me that there is a problem and they are on their way to fix it. They also don't up their prices often, so I can rely on my bill staying the same amount every month. I have the fastest internet available in my area and I never have problems with streaming or loading content. Overall, I just think they are reasonably priced for the high quality service I receive.
