Verizon Fixed Wireless

Verizon used to be the best, until a few years ago. There customer service and reliability tanked. I went months with some services working, and others not, yet they could never figure out the problem and fix it. One problem would be fixed, and another problem would take it's place. So, we switched. I was really leery about switching to Total by Verizon, but Verizon towers are the only ones that reach our rural area. Total by Verizon, amazingly, has been great! Maybe it's just that it's prepaid, but the service has been reliable. The payments are fair, automatic and easy. We've had absolutely no problems with our 5g home Internet, or our phones

Our household has been with Comcast for a while now and I have to say it's been a great experience. The internet is fast, reliable and consistent even during peak hours. We are a work from home couple with two children that homeschool using the internet pretty much all hours of the day and have rarely experienced a problem. No matter what we throw at it, it holds up beautifully. But what really sets them apart is their customer service. Every time I have had a question or needed support, they are easy to get a hold of and always have a been with friendly and knowledgeable representatives. The installation process was smooth and professional and billing has always been clear and easy to manage.

Verizon Fixed Wireless

I use Verizon for my home internet, and the experience has been consistently reliable. The speeds are fast enough for streaming, working remotely, and using multiple devices at once without lag. Installation was smooth, and the equipment provided is modern and easy to manage through the app. While the overall service is strong, there have been occasional moments when customer support was difficult to reach or slow to resolve more technical issues. Despite that, the performance and stability of the connection make Verizon a dependable and worthwhile internet provider.
