June 04, 2026 I haven't had alot of issues with my service provider as of recently. The service is pretty good as far as speed or network visibility. However, I do travel alot for work and the biggest disconnect I've noticed is not having phone service in certain buildings especially around DC. It really hinders my work at times so in that regard, I rated the service a 4 overall. It would've been 3, had I not also noticed other coworkers have SOME (not all) of the same phone service drop areas. But I keep it at 4 because we did recently have a power outage during a storm a few days ago. That was the first outage in a long time that I've ever experienced on a wide scale level. I had to use mobile cellular data to get by but it was actually not a bad experience at all. It really helped me get through the storm and look up some resources. And for the most part, the data speed was pretty fast all things considered. I have sold lines for my provider in the past, so I was already very familiar with them being known for fast fiber speed capacities but overall, I've noticed I tend to have no disruptions in service, max 3x a year if you consider emergencies like the power outage. I have thought about t-mobile though, because I've seen coworkers have GREAT phone service in alot of places I don't. And I don't see internet or download speeds or data being a huge detractor either. I would just need cost comparisons. I.e. I'm satisfied with the service but it could be better, I just don't know that the prices out there are competitive.

June 01, 2026 I'm fairly happy with Xfinity as my cable internet provider. The main drawback is the cost--I think it's very pricey, but I'm willing to pay because I am reliant on the cable internet for cable TV, internet, and streaming services that I use all day, every day. I have experienced some problems with the internet service BUT Xfinity is always quick to resolve either online or to have a technician come out and take a look. Overall I'm satisfied...I just wish it were cheaper!

May 22, 2026 Our Internet provider has great customer service. The internet speed is great and setup was fast. The pricing and bills are transparent. I wish it was less expensive though for what we use the Internet for.
