WOW! Cable
September 07, 2026 20 year customer with good service. A storm knocked out service to entire Detroit region for 3 days. Still out but they say there are no outages reported. 15 neighbors on Facebook say otherwise. Customer service will setup a tech in a few days. It is illogical to say the problem is in our homes and NOT get this looked at now. Time to research new provider.

XFINITY Cable
June 05, 2026 Trying to get to talk to a human is practically impossible. There customer service is almost completed farmed out. Then I can't understand them and then they get mad and the whole call is a waste of time. When you first call, you get the computer lady talking to you. She has sometimes disconnected me. It is awful trying to get a human and then it doesn't get fixed. Plus, every month is a different bill.

Visible Cellular
June 01, 2026 I use Visible phone service as a hotspot (4G Cellular) to my other devices, and it works surprisingly well, in-fact it is faster than my parent's internet, which I believe is Starlink. However, the annoying part is the speed is capped, and not as fast as just using the phone itself, but it is still great. (I am on the base $25/mo plan)
