T-Mobile Home Internet Fixed Wireless
March 05, 2026 I switched from Comcast to T-Mobile a few years ago. I didn't have many options before that. T-Mobile is half the price of what I was paying Comcast, and I don't have to play games to try and get a lower price. It's also faster and doesn't have nearly as many outages.

May 02, 2023 I have been having problems receiving certain E-mails. Now they are investigating but not finding the problem. They turned around and wrote management, as if it's my fault it's not working. I now have an employee calling me every week to state everything is still being worked on. I truly wish the backend engineers would contact the 3-4 companies I am having E-mail issues with and eliminate me and this one employee as the 2 middlemen for all the information that I cannot provide.

We are tired of calling them, we just expect great service that we are paying a premium for their services.
