i3 Broadband Fiber
October 09, 2025 I3 broadband is the best ISP I have had the opportunity to work with. On multiple occasions we cut the fiber line running to my home and each time they showed up within a day and fixed the issue. They even brought specialized equipment to run the fiber line under my drive way, put grass seed down in the area damaged by their gear, and proceeded to NOT charge me anything for it. I can not boast enough about this ISP, any time there is an outage they are very responsive and quick to work on correcting the issue.

XFINITY Cable
May 24, 2025 I have used Xfinity for around a decade! They have always been great as far as the product is concerned and whenever I have needed assistance, they have also been great. The pricing is something I have always been happy with too. Recently, I started bundling cell phone service with Xfinity and have also had an amazing experience. The reason I say "amazing" is partly because the cell phone deal was a good one and the service is also good, but the Xfinity employee that worked with me was amazing. And she still helps me every month with a special form that I need for submitting to my employer for my expense report.

i3 Broadband Fiber
November 07, 2024 We switched to i3 Broadband from Comcast about 10 years ago. We had multiple issues with Comcast related to both speed and reliability of service. In the last 10 years, we have only had a few issues with connectivity. All have happened over the last couple weeks. I am also satisfied with the cost of i3 Broadband. It is affordable. Their customer services (from call center to techs) team is friendly and patient.
