Eureka, KS
IdeaTek Fiber
October 29, 2026 Switched from AT&T u-verse and home phone to IdeaTek fiber optic. The switch was easy to set up with Veronica. The installer, Riley P, arrived on time and had the installation completed in under 2 hours. He explained the new system and was able to answer all questions. So far, I'm pleased with the speed from the fiber optics, the lower price, and the service provided by IdeaTec.

T-Mobile Home Internet Fixed Wireless
June 07, 2026 this service is basically a gateway with a cellphone signal. to me, it is a giant hotspot that is unlimited. overall it is good but slows down after two months. it is not what it is advertised as but is ok for office work.

Verizon Fixed Wireless
May 04, 2026 I like Verizon. They have decent quality speeds, but my gripe is with the signal, being unreliable, even in a big city. It is the 4G/5G, and randomly drops multiple times a day. Not only does it get frustrating, it affects how much money I make, since my work requires the internet. Also, the price is a little steep, but at this point I believe all internet services are too expensive.

IdeaTek Fiber
April 14, 2026 Switched from Cox to Ideatek when they first came in January of this year. Speed and price wise they are a lot better than Cox. Although for some reason when the kids try and game after school they struggle more with lag than before the switch. It’s like once the sun sets the internet starts acting up.
