Spectrum Cable
February 28, 2026 Spectrum is a low quality, high priced internet service provider. They have constant outages and will throttle your speed for seemingly no reason at all. Their customer service is marginally better than when I first started using it years ago, but I also keep my interactions with them to minimum. The worst thing though is the pricing which goes up every year (if you're not lucky enough to have a promotional credit) while the Internet service keeps getting worse. Overall I give it a 3/10, do not recommend.

AT&T Fiber
February 27, 2026 When we first moved in our home, we were told fiber would be installed within a year (or so). Unfortunately it took 4 years before we got fiber. We were stuck with the worst internet imaginable. I did not appreciate the "run-around" for those 4 years regarding the fiber being installed. I'm thankful it's installed now and it's been great. Customer service has been great too. BUT I feel like they strung us along.

Mediacom Cable
February 27, 2026 I have been very disappointed with mediacom throughout the years. Seeing as they are currently the only cable internet provider in our area, we have used them for many years. We don’t have cable tv, so we use them solely for internet. Lately, the service has been even worse than usual. Our internet goes out several times every single day. Sometimes it can be resolved by resetting the modem, but other times it will be out for hours at a time. Every single time it rains, the internet goes out, even if there’s no thunder or lightning. The customer service they provide is seriously lacking as well, and we have had many a phone call getting the runaround about service disruptions, billing issues, and bill adjustment requests. We have heard that fiber is currently being installed in our area, and we look forward to switching as soon as possible.

AT&T Fiber
February 24, 2026 I really enjoy AT&T. They care about their customers and try their best to make sure the experience is enjoyable. Whenever there is an outage that lasts longer than normal they issue bill credits, which is a huge plus. The customer service reps are awesome and extremely knowledgeable as well. They are one of the best services I have had in a while.

Google Fiber
February 19, 2026 I have had very little down time in the 7 years I have had service from them. In the few instances that there was an outage I was compensated for the missed time. The pricing has not increased and the service has been impeccable overall. I highly recommend them of they are available in the area where you live. It is hard to find a consistently more competitive option.
