Optimum Cable
January 15, 2026 I’m happy with optimum now after cutting cable and using their internet only service. Their customer service is questionable and they make you call to do any kind of service upgrade or downgrade. I’m currently on a 2 year deal with them and the price is reasonable. However I feel after my deal is up I’ll have to fight with them to get the prices I want. The internet is very stable and have very few outages. Streaming from you tube tv o it has been smooth and reliable. So their internet is fantastic but their customer service is slightly annoying.

XFINITY Cable
January 14, 2026 I’ve been extremely happy with my internet service from Xfinity. They’ve been consistently reliable, and I’ve rarely experienced any outages or disruptions. On the few occasions I’ve needed assistance, their customer service has been responsive and helpful. The connection is fast and stable, which is important for both work and streaming. Overall, Xfinity has exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

January 10, 2026 The internet speed offered by Verizon is often reliable, making it perfect for streaming and getting work done. Nevertheless, the prices seem higher than those offered by other providers. All in all it is an excellent film.

XFINITY Cable
January 06, 2026 The positives of my internet provider is that they have been quite consistent good about not having outages, even during severe storms. In fact, it has been years since there has been internet outages in my area. Also, I use the ISP's mobile service, so I get some discounts as part of the "bundle". My biggest complaint about the internet service is that there is no availability of fiber internet in my area. I live in a high density populated area, and I feel there is no excuse for not having fiber optic infrastructure in place. There is one other option as far as high speed internet provider is concerned, but they don't offer fiber internet either. I am stuck at 1-2 Gb speed, which is ok for now, but I would like to see some vision as far as how and when fiber optic internet is going to be installed. Finally, customer service is average at best, I needed to jump through some hoops to find some live customer service representative to chat with.
