Frontier Fiber
October 08, 2026 When it works, it is good, but there is no real customer service. The site says you can call till 9 PM ET, but when you try, it tells you they are closed. The chatbot sucks and never knows what you are talking about. Their app works like it was made by a first-year high school student. The people chatting have to translate to whatever language they speak, so it is slow and not always in the right order; it is like talking to Yoda half the time. This is one of the worst places to deal with or get help when it is needed.
