September 24, 2026 Since this is not published for the area of Effingham, since the beginning of September service on screen of our T.V. has been the upmost intolerant, we are unable to watch or hear any shows we are trying to watch. We are tired of calling them, we just expect great service that we are paying a premium for their services.

September 24, 2026 I DVR most of my future time and I have to say in the last few weeks September 13 to present 23 this has been upmost terrible !!!!!!!!!!! There are very few shows I can watch without a blurred screen and audio is at most non identify. Why do we pay for things in society that we don’t get great service ?? The crazy of all this I can watch most of what I want from other outlets without the hassle , why. Wake up if you want to keep me as a customer !!!!!! It seems many companies are taking advantage of the hard working people that just want a simple pastime.

September 17, 2026 Worst ISP ever. Consistently horrible speeds, constant drops in connection, and endless wait times when calling for customer service. They let me pay an extra $30/mo for 7 months for the 1000mbps plan, just to find out (because I suggested it) that the building was not equipped to handle that type of speed. 30 unit building and I can't get 1000mbps?

July 29, 2026 this is worst compant when it comes to customer service.new customer called me yesterday to confirm my install today betweem 8 and 12 at 11.08 got a call he is on his way.at 12.30 no show i called to find out and was told they wii call me in 30 min NO CALL called back and they lied that the tech could not get in the property.we dont have any gates in our sub division,its 1.30 and they now telling me to wait 30 min for someone to call me.i say good luck with this call back.
