MetroNet Fiber

I have been with Metronet going on 7 years now. My service been stable with only one outage that lasted about an hour. I have negotiated my monthly payments to a reasonable rate for my income and the company has been helpful when I requested assistance. Right now, the payments are equal to all other options in the area so I feel comfortable staying with Metronet at this time.

XFINITY Cable

It's too expensive. The bill seems to come out more frequent than monthly. They have a data cap unless you pay to have internet without the data cap. They have made it very hard anymore to chat with an actual person, and the wait times to speak to someone by phone are ridiculous anymore. I hate the service to be honest, and I definitely hate the price.

Frontier DSL

I am very satisfied with my internet provider. Even during storms and bad weather we never have an issue with connectivity. I feel that I am never throttled and watch many streaming shows with no issues. I would highly recommend Frontier to those who have it available to them.

Wabash Communications Fiber

September 24, 2026

Since this is not published for the area of Effingham, since the beginning of September service on screen of our T.V. has been the upmost intolerant, we are unable to watch or hear any shows we are trying to watch. We are tired of calling them, we just expect great service that we are paying a premium for their services.

Wabash Communications Fiber

I DVR most of my future time and I have to say in the last few weeks September 13 to present 23 this has been upmost terrible !!!!!!!!!!! There are very few shows I can watch without a blurred screen and audio is at most non identify. Why do we pay for things in society that we don’t get great service ?? The crazy of all this I can watch most of what I want from other outlets without the hassle , why. Wake up if you want to keep me as a customer !!!!!! It seems many companies are taking advantage of the hard working people that just want a simple pastime.
