November 02, 2025 I had Kinetic as my provider. Was without internet for 6 days! No customer service! Dobson, I called and did have to wait 4 days. It was pouring rain and the installation guy was a hero! I've had it about 10 days! No issues! Fast and reliable! Almost half what I paid Kinetic! Win!

September 21, 2025 They make me keep my landline because the say it lowers my rate by having a bundled rate. But new customers can get internet by itself for way cheaper than what i pay. I feel like they are punishing customers that have been with them forever.
