August 14, 2025 When it works the internet works great. The price for speed cannot be beat. The downfall of the provider is their customer service and equipment. Their router/modem setup always drops my connection. Searching the web this is a common issue that others have and end up having to pay more to use 3rd party devices. Contacting customer service does not resolve the issue.

September 18, 2026 Awful install experience, weird service, lax security and complicated setup. My building is forcing everyone to use Zentro and the entire building hates them. Previously we were forced to use Xfinity and despite their awful reputation, they have become the hero of this story, and all of the building wishes we still had them. Definitely wouldn't recommend Zentro, not even to an enemy.
