Burlington Telecom Fiber
October 14, 2025 I have only had positive experiences with my internet provider. Super easy to set up, easy to get through to talk to customer service, fast speeds, and minimal outages in the 2 years I have used them. As a bonus they are a local company and not a giant corporation. They also provide discounted student rates and financial assistance for income qualified customers.

December 29, 2024 It is great to have a locally operated internet service like Burlington Telecom. The customer service is fantastic, pricing very fair, and outages are infrequent. Having used Comcast in the past and had frequent issues, I know I will never leave BTC unless I have to.

Burlington Telecom Fiber
August 23, 2024 I am very happy with the internet service I receive. Pricing is very competitive for my area in comparison to other providers in my area. The internet speed I receive almost always matches the speed that I pay for with the bonus of being symmetrical for both upload and downloads. Perhaps the biggest benefit is the local customer service, when I changed addresses I was able to instantly talk on the phone with a real person who got service at my new address turned on within the hour. Any problems I have experienced have been both minor and resolved efficiently. I highly recommend this ISP to anyone in my area.

April 30, 2023 We are with comcast xfinity for our wifi. They are the largest service provider in our area (VT) and they have positive reviews. Our personal review of them so far is also positive, with the pricing seeming fair and the internet speed and connection up to what we expected. We pay 40 dollars per month for our internet access.
