Burlington Telecom Fiber
October 14, 2025 I have only had positive experiences with my internet provider. Super easy to set up, easy to get through to talk to customer service, fast speeds, and minimal outages in the 2 years I have used them. As a bonus they are a local company and not a giant corporation. They also provide discounted student rates and financial assistance for income qualified customers.

Fidium Fiber
June 09, 2025 We have had Fidium Fiber (Consolidated Communications) for just over a year and we love it. Installation was quick and easy. It's lightning fast. There has been no notable down time with service since installation. We have multiple computers, TVs, and gaming devices connected at the same time with no degradation of speed or quality. If we moved, I would put having fiber internet at the top of my list of requirements.

Fidium Fiber
May 24, 2025 Vermont's flooding was a misfortune for many, but for us, it brought us fiber internet. Prior to the 2023 flood, the only internet available to us was either satellite or copper DSL at the blinding speed of 1.5 Mb. When the old copper facilities were flooded, Consolidated Communications made the wise decision to install fiber along our 1/2 mile country road with only 7 homes. We couldn't have asked for a better installation - first it was free. Then the installers not only had to connect from the road to our pole at the end of our driveway, and then through conduit to our main panel in our garage. When the day of installation arrived, the installer then had to run cable through another conduit into our home. We now have a mesh network giving us 1Gb internet. We've had zero issues with it since it was installed a little over a year ago and we couldn't be happier.

April 09, 2025 We are impressed with our internet service. We are a family of three and use quite a bit of internet from tablets, phones, smart TVs, smart plugs, and computers. We have never had an issue or concern with slow internet speed. In a world with many stressors, out internet is one less thing to have to stress about.
