July 14, 2025 I grew up with 56k internet in the 90s. Over the years i have migrated to faster and faster speeds that still had problems keeping up with a multiuser household and downloads. I was elated when i moved to an area where fiber was available. Never any lag. Fastest download and upload speeds I have ever had. With a house of 5 people all streaming, gaming, working at the same time, there is not even a stutter in performance with At&t. I truly am happy with my choice of internet.

June 21, 2023 I think that my provider charges too much for the service I have. My speeds don't seem to be as fast as I would like. I don't like that it drops out as much as it does when I'm trying to get work done at home. I have five people in my home and I reach my limit of data almost every time and get charged even more, which I definitely don't like after already paying so much.

April 30, 2023 Windstream is the only internet provider that we can get in the specific part of the neighborhood we live in. Windstream is very slow and there are often power outages when there is only slight bad weather. We are paying the same amount for slow speeds that other providers are charging for faster speeds. It feels as though we are being taken advantage of because we have no other options for internet providers. The only positive thing I can say is that their support team over the phone has been helpful the times that I have called.
