August 01, 2025 XFinity provides alright service. The speeds are generally fast. However, the reliability is lacking. It frequently goes out for short periods. It can be quite frustrating to be working and having to deal with these frequent outages.

April 12, 2025 I have been with Xfinity since purchasing my condo in 2021. I had my own modem, so after filling everything out online then getting it hooked up to the wall I was in business without having to wait around on a service technician. Right off the bat I was blown away with the speeds we were getting compared to our old home. Of course we were on an introductory rate that was only good for X number of months then it skyrocketed and has since gone up with inflation to almost 3 times what I once paid, now over the years it doesn’t feel as fast as it once was, just watching a movie online seems laggy from time to time. Unfortunately we’re locked in to the one service provider to the Complex.

This was not a problem when we first installed and subscribed to the service 2.5 years ago. It's even more annoying when I realize we're using the business service for our remote and home-office work.
