February 23, 2026 Every community should be so fortunate to have a service like SandyNet. We are a rural customer and the service we have received could not be better. The price, too, is most reasonable. This is a city government program working well for its citizens!

August 19, 2025 The installation process wasn’t too bad. One of their employees was sent over and they walked us through everything they were doing while installing. And customer service is always cordial and nice. But there are times when I’m really disappointed by speed. I could be sitting right next to the router and I’d still get a poor connection, regardless of if others were home using the wifi at the same time or not. Other times it doesn’t work at all for a few days and we have to use our hot spots.

Quantum Fiber
July 18, 2025 I have been fairly pleased with Quantum Fiber's installation team; I just switched a couple of months ago due toa move and this is my first experience with fiber internet. The installation process took several hours; the first day it took about 4 hours but the duo that was at my residence were very polite and kept me informed on what was taking so long (installation of fiber lines, etc.), and when it was not completed that day they were extremely apologetic and promised to come out again as soon as their scheduler let them. It took a few days, but one of the original duo did come back and continued to be extremely professional to the point where I was very impressed. The service itself has been okay; we have had two hours-long outages due to DNS issues but I am tech-savvy enough to be able to bypass that by using Google's public DNS service so it has not been a huge issue for us. The speed is fast and there doesn't seem to be any slowdown. I'm pleased enough so far that I hope I can get Quantum Fiber if I move again.

Molalla Communications Fiber
April 11, 2025 We go through a local co-op. They have been nothing but amazing! Before we switched to them years ago we had gone through wave broadband and would have internet outages all the time. I can honestly remember maybe 2 times that molalla communications has had an outage and it was a problem at their facility. They have amazing customer service and are able to answer any questions that I have ever had and are quick to respond!

US Cellular Fixed Wireless
March 09, 2025 Personally, I believe that US Cellular does its job, but it still has a lot to improve overall. For example, the speed is very lackluster and there are certain times even when I am connected to the Wi-Fi that everything freezes and I am unable to access certain apps on my phone. Another minuscule issue that is worth bringing up is that oftentimes I'll be in certain areas off of Wi-Fi and I won't get any service whatsoever, whereas other people around me with different internet providers will have perfect service and bars no matter where they go. I don't mind US Cellular, as it is affordable and me and my family have used it for years on end, but I think there is much room for improvement altogether.
