TDS DSL
April 17, 2026 In our local area, TDS is one of only 2 options, the other being Century Link. TDS has consistently been the more stable of the two providers, with less overall outages, better pricing, and better service. Their technicians are almost always timely and have been very knowledgeable. Their equipment is high quality and long lasting despite advances in technology, and when something needs to be replaced, they are fast and efficient in doing so. Pricing structure is fair and well set up for the various speeds offered. The best part is, they're constantly making infrastructure advancements and bit by bit rolling out gigabit fiber across my town, while their competitors sit on their hands and make no effort to evolve.

Bend Broadband Fiber
May 28, 2025 Overall, Bend Broadband has been pretty decent. It has good speeds and it is extremely rare for their to be an outage. Typically, there is an outage when there is severe weather or fires which is completely understandable. There is some prices and bundles for multiple services such as internet and cable which is somewhat pushed on you.

Centurylink DSL
June 14, 2024 Our internet works alright, but I feel like it is expensive for what they provide. Where I live, we essentially have two choices for "good" internet. We pay a decent amount of money and just have a standard service. If it goes out, their customer service is difficult to get in touch with, so we usually just wait it out or fix it ourselves. That being said, we don't have that issue too often. I just wish the price was lower for such a standard service.

Bend Broadband Fiber
April 07, 2024 The speed of my internet provider is great, but the cost is too much. They also required us to buy their router and I couldn't use the perfectly fine one I already had. Customer service also isn't the best, it takes so much effort to get help troubleshooting issues.
