Spectrum Cable
August 13, 2025 Spectrum is a fairly reliable provider with coverage in our area. The pricing tends to be fiar for new users, but prices increase over time. There are not many competitors in our ara, so pricing is not a concern for Spectrum. Reliability is average, and technical support via the phone is always available an helpful. However, if you need service at your home, it will take days to arrive and you will be given such a wide time window that you will need to take the day off work to meet the technician.

March 11, 2025 Its a good price. We get pretty much all the channels we need. The internet is really fast. Sometimes weve have had technical issues in the past. But overall the service has gotten much better. The customer service has changed though since weve had a few blackout days. Theyre no longer as quick. But overall i am happy with the service.

January 27, 2023 Where do I even start......price is insane 238 p/m for premium and 2 boxes, 3 tv's one vcr. They don't care about their customers satisfaction at all I went to the mall division of spectrum and spent an hour bitching about how awful my service was my rate went down $80 only to go back up one year later my internet cuts off all the time and my 85-year-old mother finds it too complicated to even get the TV back on and the remote is awful. Very annoying call prompts when you call they tell you to unplug this and unplug that and usually that's not even the problem and it's impossible to get to a human being.

January 16, 2023 Spectrum has a monopoly on the area in which I live. This, unfortunately, allows them to continually raise their prices and customers continue to pay the price. The service is spotty and slow and they never seem to have a good solution except to tell you to replace your modem. I am very disappointed in this company.
