Star Communications Fiber
February 10, 2026 Everyone I've ever dealt with that is actually at Star has been nice and tried to help, though sometimes they have been completely and utterly useless. My biggest issue is that now the number you call sends you to some Tier 1 techs that in another state and have no access to anything and only walk you through unplugging your router and modem, which is useless 95% of the time, and has never helped me. Lately, since there is a new internet company that is actively competing with them they have improved their speed packages a good bit. I grew up with their internet, and they only in the last few years ran fiber in my parents area, and they would have had DSL until like 2023, if they hadn't bought Starlink internet.

October 04, 2023 BrightSpeed is the only internet provider in my area, so this leaves me with them as the only choice. Their speed caps at 10mgps, which is absolutely not enough in todays technological society. With kids doing online school work, streaming TV and connected devices, our internet is often slow and laggy.

Zito Cable
September 22, 2026 I am highly disappointed with my experience with Zito Media. The connection is highly unstable and constantly cuts out, making it completely unreliable for daily use. When you call to report an outage or an issue, the response time from their technical and customer service teams is pathetic. It takes far too long to get a resolution for problems that shouldn't be happening this frequently in the first place. Terrible service overall.
