September 22, 2026 I am highly disappointed with my experience with Zito Media. The connection is highly unstable and constantly cuts out, making it completely unreliable for daily use. When you call to report an outage or an issue, the response time from their technical and customer service teams is pathetic. It takes far too long to get a resolution for problems that shouldn't be happening this frequently in the first place. Terrible service overall.
