They are getting better with how.they deal with Internet during storms because it acts a very slow or glitches during really bad storms and when you call them they walk through on how to restart it.

WOW! internet service providers are reasonably priced. However they do have a variety of issues. There are random outages throughout the year with little to no information regarding return to service times. In addition to the outages their TV packages are overpriced compared to their local competition.
