AT&T Fiber
October 19, 2025 From start to finish I really like my internet provider. I initially signed up with AT&T fiber this year in May. Prior to this, I was signed up with T-Mobile's hotspot service and paid a lot more than what I am paying now for my high speed, fiber connection.
On the day of install, I first met with one of the representatives who talked to me about a lot of the products AT&T had to offer. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me during this process. I told him that since this would be my first time with the company I'd rather try the internet service only before committing to any other services this company provides. Next, the installer came but before doing so he called to inform me of his arrival. The installer was also very nice and courteous. He told me about every step of the process he was going to do and was even considerate enough to take caution when he entered my home. I requested that he try to be as quiet as possible because at this time my mother had recently been discharged from the hospital and still needed to be in the most comfortable of environments for proper recovery. The installer obliged and the process took about 3 hours to complete. After the installation, the installer told me that if I had any other questions I could personally contact him from his cell phone number that he called me from before installation.
At this present moment, I am still enjoying my internet service. Before now I had never had speeds any faster than this. Personally I am connected with the 300 Mbps plan and I don't see myself ever returning to the slow, costly and laggy service that T-Mobile offers. I love AT&T's service so much!

Spectrum Fiber
August 21, 2025 While I am very impressed with the fiber optic technology, I am not so impressed with Spectrum. Spectrum is consistently called out to our area due to numerous outages with their service. Most are not weather related. This poses problems when you work and do school from home. Although the customer service and price are great, the service is not reliable. Unfortunately for us, the service is packaged with our rent so we could not change providers if we wanted to. I wish the actual service lined up with everything else.
