Direct Communications Fiber
May 25, 2025 I have been with Direct Communications for years and have been very satisfied. They offer the best service in my area. Their pricing is the best I've seen for the speeds that they offer. There have been occasional outages over the years, which can be frustrating; however, they are few and far between, and the benefits of DC still far outweigh any negative experiences we've had. I would highly recommend Direct Communications to anyone living in an area where they offer their services.

Direct Communications Fiber
April 26, 2025 They are the only isp available in the area. Until very recently when Comcast started installing in the area. Because of the competition they lowered prices, which was nice. I have been happy with the support received for the most part. There are outages occasionally which are frustrating.

Direct Communications Fiber
February 25, 2025 Overall, we are really happy with our internet provider. Our rates have stayed consistent for years, yet our internet speeds have increased.
They switched us to fiber this last summer and worked as quickly as they could. We experienced minimal inconvenience as the fiber was installed; however, several neighbors were really unhappy with the damage to their yards.
I am unhappy about the size of the box in my already tiny front yard.
When we need to discuss issues with our internet provider, it can be troublesome to get a response from customer service. However, techs have been quick to respond and efficient in their repairs.
