T-Mobile Home Internet Fixed Wireless
March 20, 2025 For the most part I am very satisfied. I like the high upload and download speeds. The quality of the connection is very good too. There is very low jitter. The connection has also been very reliable with very little down time. I used to have priced for life service, however the company got rid of it which I thought was not a very ethical thing to do. I am concerned with possible future price increases. The customer service with the company is terrible to, but at least I've not had to call in very often.

May 19, 2024 I pay for high speed internet, probably among the best I can find in my area. It might not be comparable to the best connection available in larger cities, but it's consistently fast. Over the course of a year, I've had very little downtime. Their customer service can be slow, especially wait times on the phone. I've had one service/install, which went smoothly enough. The equipment provided doesn't seem out of date or inefficient. Overall I'm pleased, though I am paying a premium.

February 11, 2023 I have found my internet provider to have great customer service. They're always very polite and helpful when I call. However, I have not been permitted to upgrade my internet speed/capacity, because of my address, which I think is code for living in an apartment building, so that is frustrating. Sometimes there are outages and lags, and I can't seem to do online gaming. I also wish it was a little cheaper.

XFINITY Cable
January 08, 2023 Xfinity does the bare minimum and charges a premium. They've coupled their equipment to their service to be able to have an 'out' if there are any service issues blaming it on customer equipment rather than investigating. Otherwise, its an added expense to guarantee the marketed service. Service fluctuates constantly. I've filed multiple ISP complaints. I know its yelling into the wind, but there isn't any competition in the area to drive their need to improve their service.

Zentro
September 18, 2026 Awful install experience, weird service, lax security and complicated setup. My building is forcing everyone to use Zentro and the entire building hates them. Previously we were forced to use Xfinity and despite their awful reputation, they have become the hero of this story, and all of the building wishes we still had them. Definitely wouldn't recommend Zentro, not even to an enemy.
