AT&T Fiber
May 24, 2023 My provider convinced me to upgrade service upon my recent move, and somehow it is significantly slower. Their customer service is also terrible, as upon installation, the technician drilled a huge hole in the wrong wall and promised that a case would be opened to fix it, which it never was after hours on the phone. I also was given a gift card for upgrading, but it was rescinded for no reason whatsoever when I tried to activate it. I have spent more than 10 collective hours trying to resolve these issues on the phone with no avail.

September 20, 2026 My internet has been down for an entire week. No one has called or come by to get it fixed. I keep hearing the same thing. They are waiting for a supervisor's approval for whatever they need approval for- I have no idea.... so what I'm going to do is come to the review board each day and give a low review until they come out and get my internet back up! i thing i know is a bad/low review will run these ratings down. My company needs internet to be able to work, and we can't do that, so we are losing. Nextlink will lose as well! Sherippa London- 979-702-9431
