AT&T Fiber
May 19, 2026 I switched to AT&T fiber after I moved. I used Cox for many years and their service was very inconsistent, they were unreasonable with their customers and expensive. Once I did move, I was ecstatic AT&T was available in my new neighborhood.
I am impressed with the overall price and speed of this new service, I was not impressed with the technician that installed it. He had to check multiple times if the highest speed was in fact available at my residence (even though my area was stated that it was online), he was installing it well into an hour, constantly trying to sell me their phone plan. I feel like he wasn't fully focused on the installation, me being told it would only take a maximum of a half hour. To finish off his poor service, I received an email the next day telling me that the technician didn't install the latest box for the highest speed (which I pay for) and that another technician would have to come back and correct the mistake. Again, happy with the service however, poor installation.
