XFINITY Cable
May 03, 2026 We have had Xfinity for over 20 years since we moved to our home and I've always been happy with it. During the pandemic, when we had 3 adults working from home and 2 students, we still had great download speed and conectivity. Xfinity seems to consistently upgrade their system and equipment, and we able to adust our service depending on our internet needs.

Optimum Cable
April 30, 2026 At my apartment, we have not had any problems with Optimum. They are the only provider that we are allowed to have, but the connection and internet speeds have been surprisingly good since we've been here. The one issue is that Optimum's customer service is terrible. One time we were on hold for like two hours and we just ended up giving up on our problem. When it does connect us to a representative, they are kind and helpful, but it seems like Optimum goes out of their way to make sure you don't speak to anyone.

Verizon Fiber
April 15, 2026 I have to say I am pretty happy with Verizon internet. It is fast and usually reliable. There are very few service interruptions. I do think this service comes with a pretty high cost. I bundle with my cell service to help offset the cost but it is still too high. Thank you
