Atlantic Broadband Cable
June 15, 2023 I did not have a choice in switching, my previous was purchased by my current. They consistently go down and you cannot get through to customer service. There is no proactive notification. They are slowly raising my rates but not proactively telling me.

May 15, 2023 Our internet provider is Breezeline who just recently bought out WOW internet, which is what we had. We originally went with WOW because it was 50 dollars a month. Then it went up to 75 a month and we still stayed with them because to be honest it's a hassle to change providers. When Breezeline took over we did experience some service disruption which was annoying but we tried to be patient as we knew they were in the process of merging the two companies. It seems service has been good lately so hopefully it continues to be a good provider.

AT&T DSL
April 08, 2023 I'm not entirely unhappy with my internet provider. While I know it could probably be better, I'm also aware that it could be way worse. I've heard Spectrum goes out a lot, which is the alternative provider in my area of town. However, I do think it's annoying when AT&T offers "promos" and you pay a set rate every month then when it's over they want it to jump to something ridiculous. Then some people will call and complain and AT&T will be like "ok never mind" and give you the same deal you had previously or sometimes even more discounted rates! Why can't they just offer the low deal all the time if it doesn't matter that much?

AT&T Fiber
January 01, 2023 AT&T has been a very reliable internet service provider. Not only do they have great prices to match their great internet service, but they also have exceptional customer service from my experience. I especially appreciate the fact that they participate in programs that help families and individuals that are considered low income to afford internet access. My mother is elderly, recently widowed, and on a fixed income, and I was able to get her set up on an internet plan with AT&T that fits her budget perfectly. I honestly have no complaints!
