AT&T Fiber
January 18, 2026 I have never had an issue with the AT&T technical service or setup. However, anytime there is a dispute with billing, AT&T is a nightmare to deal with. It seems that they go out of their way to make it as hard as possible to get a resolution. You will get bounced around through several levels of customer service and supervisors/managers. No one seems to be tracking your previous complaints, so you have to tell and retell the account of your situation to each new person you talk to. It is very frustrating to deal with.

December 19, 2025 The thing I dislike most is the promotional pricing. Finding what the true price will be is very difficult to get from Spectrum. Also, their upload speed is terrible and they will not improve this unless you are a business customer.

AT&T DSL
March 26, 2023 AT&T is so beurocratic it's hard to get good customer service or a good understanding of what price I'm being charged. Additionally, receiving flyers in the mail trying to upcharge me with new services are very annoying. Another reason I'm not happy with my internet provider is because the service was never installed correctly. They had to come out several times to fix it and it was very frustrating.
