May 01, 2026 If there was another affordable option for internet service, I would choose it. There have been multiple issues where the internet has gone out at random and I've had to call customer service to have them help me troubleshoot. Also, when a hurricane happened last year and our service was out for two weeks, Spectrum didn't offer a credit towards our account.

August 20, 2025 Our internet provider did not handle the outages from Hurricane Helene well. We had to call them to dispute our bill because half of the time that month we didn’t have service and it kept going out. The bill was halved without any problem, but it made us consider changing providers.

January 21, 2023 I do like that my internet provider has an app that allows me to check the network status as well as devices using the network. It also sends me alerts anytime there are any sort of security threats (that have been blocked). Compared to my old internet provider (Spectrum), AT&T has been extremely reliable and rarely has any outages. I also haven't had any issues streaming or working from home using the service since switching to this provider.
