XFINITY Fiber
March 08, 2026 When we moved into the area we only had(and still have two internet providers available to us. One is local and the other is Xfinity. Xfinity offered a better price, faster speeds and better reviews along with 2 years of free Peacock streaming, so we signed up for that. We have been anything but happy with it. We get about 1/5 of the speed promised and when we set up appointments to have the situation checked out, their automated system “automatically†cancels every appointment when the speed ramps up suddenly. We also have their Storm Internet for power outages but we have not been able to get it to set up properly and they want to charge us a fee to send a tech out to look at it. Overall, we are very disappointed with their services.

AT&T Fiber
March 05, 2026 It took us a while to get AT&T fiber where we live because we live in a more rural area. It does go out on occasion, but it is usually back up in one to two hours. So far, we have been happy with the service. We do have additional Internet hotspots in our house to make sure that it runs smoothly.
