Previously, we had DSL through Optimum and it was terrible. The internet constantly dropped out. We switched to Fiber Networks and it has been wonderful. The speed is constant, they have great customer service, and it's never dropped out. Working from home requires a really good service provider and I'm very satisfied with the internet we have now. Installation was a breeze and I haven't had any complaints with it.

I love Planet Networks because they are a local company with very high quality service. When you call customer service, you reach the same associate every time. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The fiber optic service is very fast, and there are very few service interruptions. Switching from a big national provider to a local provider was the best choice.

Optimum Fiber

January 18, 2023

I was extremely dissatisfied with Optimum when our download speed was in the single digits and service dropped often. The first few service calls did nothing to improve this. Finally a supervisor came out and decided to replace the underground fiber from the street to our house. Since this was completed we are getting the speed we pay for, around 200. It was a long and frustrating process with a total of 7 different people coming to our house, but now we are very satisfied with the final outcome.

Verizon Fiber

April 11, 2026

I am not pleased with Verizon's pricing. It goes up every year, and I have received incorrect charges more than once; their customer support is unhelpful and difficult to navigate when these occur. I would not recommend, but they are the cheapest option in my neighborhood.
