Ziply Fiber
December 13, 2024 Ziply used to be Verizon, and there are really only two options in my area. They are better than comcast (the other option) as they dont drop connection and their customer service and pricing are better. We have been having issues with the wifi lately and they require alot of wait and see instead of sending a new router to just fix the issue. wish they would be better about troubleshooting and getting issues resolved faster. The connection and speed are great and no complaints otherwise.

Ziply Fiber
November 19, 2023 I'm very fond of Ziply because of the speeds they offer, and the price. The upload and download speeds are much better than the major competitor in my area. The upload speed is VASTLY superior to the competitor's upload speed! I used to have the major competitor's internet service, and their upload speed was less than 10 mbps. With Ziply I get 100 mbps download, and 50 upload; and I only get 50 mbps because I have an older modem. I also only pay $20 a month, but that's only for the first year. I've had to interact with Ziply's customer service center before and the representatives I've spoken with have always been VERY helpful, and VERY cheery. I really don't have any complaints about the service I've received from Ziply and I intend to keep them as my ISP after the promotional period ends for the current rate I'm paying because they will still be less expensive than the leading competitior AND have a much faster upload speed.
