April 30, 2026 I've been using AT&T Fiber for over a year now, and the experience has been excellent. Speeds are consistently fast, even during peak hours, and I rarely experience outages. Streaming, video calls, and gaming all run smoothly without buffering or lag. Installation was quick, and the customer service has been responsive whenever I had questions. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would recommend AT&T Fiber to anyone looking for reliable, high-speed internet.

April 10, 2026 The fiber connection provided by AT&T is stable and continuously provides the subscribed throughput of 1Gbps (upstream and downstream). The main drawback of the product is not the product itself, but the company that provides it, AT&T. They continually make adjustments to their pricing structure, allow agents to promise things (i.e., 'no additional price adjustments for life') that are not true in order to maintain customers, and provide a customer support experience that is not transparent and very frustrating. A stable, no-gimmicks price would minimize my need to contact customer support. In the months that I don't need to contact customer support I am an extremely pleased customer and grateful for the stable connection.

February 16, 2026 Xfinity delivers all these promises and I feel like they try to get me to add to a contract and sign for a longer period of time to keep my business at a somewhat "deal". Then I find out the deal is not really a deal because they somehow add it more costs. It seems neverending for me. My internet is somehwat lagging at times and can go in and out, not often but occasionally. My daughter complains she does not get good signal in her room and I have reached out to them and they offer things that cost more and don't seem to work. Another example, I had an issue with my service and I had to go through many hoops to even talk to an actual person. I had to do AI talks and have them reboot, etc and etc. before I could even get a live human on the phone. They are becoming to pricey for the service they provide.
