Fidium Fiber
January 29, 2026 The customer service is horrible. We have called 6 times to inquire about a refund for the returned equipment. For two months, they denied receiving the equipment even though we had a FedEx delivery confirmation showing who signed for it even. That was Nov 2025. Now, Jan 2026, we still have not received or refund check in the mail. The only response I can get from them is that we need to wait another week because it was mailed out. This is ridiculous, it does not take 8 weeks for a piece of mail to traverse the USA. We are over 9 weeks since they report that they mailed it. If you have a choice, don't choose Fidium for internet. They are severely dishonest and one out of all the people I was transferred to actually spoke English. Maybe their way of causing you more frustration in hopes that you just give up. Too bad for them that I am too stubborn to stop.

November 30, 2025 Xfinity provides a low income plan. Without this plan my family wouldn’t be able to afford internet. The bonus is that it’s not slow, which is great.

November 19, 2025 I've been with this provider a long time and it's been merged with several other companies. I stayed when Tachus came out here and alot of people left because they disliked this service. So far, I can't complain as my "package" of internet/tv is still priced very well. Only downside is when we lose power, we lose service whereas if I went with Tachus we would not lose service. Our area loses power alot and my decision to leave is becoming more of a yes, it might be time. As long as my package deal stays within reason, I will stay.
