February 03, 2025 Their customer service is really bad. I left to go visit my family and I wanted to deactivate it so i dont have to pay for it while i'm gone but they say you need to call on the day you want to inactivate. its a ploy where the customer forgets so they get more money. if i had better options, i would pay for another one w better service. there we only have claro and liberty.
