June 01, 2026 Yes. My provider has had a history of poor customer service for years. No matter who happened to buy out the current company and go under a new brand name, the customer service was still severely flawed. But, in the past year, I have noticed that they are finally starting to make great strides in the way that they deal with their customer base. Better late than never, I guess.
