AT&T Fiber
December 21, 2025 AT&T fiber was easy to purchase. It was added to my wireless account. The pricing is fixed so it will not increase for the life of the service. Installation was easy to schedule within just a few days of ordering. The technician was courteous and professional. The service has had a few outages initially, but recently has been more reliable. AT&T has a service guarantee where they offer bill credits for outages.

November 16, 2024 I had no choice on who my ISP is as my apartment complex had it picked out for all tenants. If it was up to me I would explore my options and definitely look at competitors for Internet service. Streaming with Single Digits is unreliable, my TV streaming service cuts out fairly often, and WiFi on my phone is not reliable either. I wish that it was more reliable and cheaper. The speed is relatively good for what I have used it for so far, but I despise the inconsistent nature of the service.

Frontier DSL
April 09, 2024 After an initial transition period from Verizon to Frontier our internet service provider has been decent. The transition period was about 6 years ago, and initially was not handled very well. For example when the new provider took over our plan did not translate over with the same benefits. Are plan included HBO and the new service when it went into effect deleted HBO as part of our package but we were still being charged for it as a premium channel. It took well over a month to resolve after many calls to customer service that lasted over 30 minutes each time with at least three calls being an hour long. Because the Game of thrones season was just about to begin I finally wrote an email to the president of customer service as well as the regional vice president of customer service after having found their information in the company's annual report. I included an outline of how much time I had spent trying to resolve the situation which basically equated to one 8-hour day. The response was immediate thankfully and the situation was resolved within the day. After that we have not experienced any further issues with our internet service provider.
