XFINITY Cable
May 20, 2023 Xfinity's service has been reliable for the past several years I have used it. Although we have had a few service interruptions due to power outages, the internet has been restored quickly. Xfinity made moving apartments easy as I was able to connect internet in my new apartment the day I moved. The internet sped is great, too. My only complaint is that the pricing continues to go up each year while the quality of the service does not change.

MetroNet Fiber
March 26, 2023 I do think the service my internet provider offers is generally very good. It is mostly a good speed, and when there are times that my internet seems to be throttled, it only lasts briefly. My previous provider was known for frequently having lower than advertised speeds. I also find when there is an outage, which happens rarely, it is fixed soon and there is good communication. My main displeasure with my internet provider is that they have raised the price recently which seems ridiculous.

XFINITY Cable
February 25, 2023 Cons: Xfinity can have occasional outages. This is understandable, but such outages are often not shown on the map. Furthermore, the pricing to me is not transparent (e.g. "Internet Recovery Fee" appears to be for infrastructure, but how that is being used is hard to make).
I am waiting for an Internet co-op to service my area.

MetroNet Fiber
February 13, 2023 My internet provider provides great customer service! Metronet also has quality service with high speeds. I've only ever had one outage with them. If you miss a payment and get disconnected they waive the first disconnection fee. I recommend them to everyone who is able to afford and install it!
