#N/A Cable
November 30, 2024 When we first moved to East Texas, there was only one Internet option (Lonview Kilgore Cable) where we live. We went with them (of course), and soon discovered they were terrible. Our services was constantly spotty, with frequent outages. Eventually, fiber internet become more available, and their services started to improve. When we threatened to cancel our service at the end of our first, two-year contract, they offered to upgrade our speeds to the maximum they offered for our current price. We agreed and signed another two-year contract. Our bill increased after the first year, but at least our connection is stable now and the speeds are much better, too.

#N/A Cable
September 05, 2024 Longview Kilgore Cable is a monopoly in this area. They know it and they don't care. They use that to their advantage to upcharge. Service is not great and in the summer it goes out frequently. They have never offered a credit to the account when this happens. If you have any other choice, I would recommend any other service.
