March 15, 2025 Xfinity is very off-hand. Thankfully, we haven't had much issues because we live in an apartment complex. My parents who live in a house have had MULTIPLE issues and no less than twice a year, have to have a technician come out and fix it. Thankfully, we just plug and unplug our device and re-start the internet and it usually works out for us. Fingers crossed we don't have to deal with anything like my parents have.
