Verizon Fixed Wireless
August 10, 2025 My current internet provider is Verizon Wireless (A business account). It has been terrible ever since I switched over to them. I previously had T-mobile (Also a business account). I originally contacted them only for internet. I was talked in to getting cell phone services through them. I added a new line and converted over an existing pre-paid line I had with them. I was only suppose to have three lines including the internet and ended up with five. I have called and called and called multiply times to have my bill corrected. The service where I live absolutely terrible. The internet is always buffering and I have less than 5 devices connected. I am currently searching for a new provider.

January 12, 2023 We are about to reach out first year anniversary with Cox, but as a returning customer. Our first time around was more affordable and more stable service. The current service we have seems to go out almost every time it gets windy. When we call in the service outage we are told it is affecting the entire area (though not always true) and while we are given an estimated time of restoration, it seems they move the time further out about 80% of the time. Also, now that Covid is lessened, you would think the local store would be more available to help; not so. That have trimmed back hours instead so that basically every service issue requires scheduling onsite service.
