XFINITY Cable
February 07, 2025 I’ve always had problems setting up service, but Xfinity has always diligently resolved them with a serviceperson. That, by far, makes the overall experience decisively positive. It was easy to get through to a real person and quickly schedule appointments. I was very surprised by this in a world where companies make that human interaction so scarce

Tachus Fiber
August 16, 2024 I’ve had several different types of internet from dial up to now fiber. I’ve used several different companies as well. Tachus has been the best thus far. The internet speed is incredible. We have more than 6 devices streaming at once and no lagging. Best internet I’ve had and the installation was fast and professional.

XFINITY Cable
June 11, 2023 Xfinity has been the worst provider I have ever had. We have the fastest connection and yet everything still lags. They always say they are working on the lines to provide us all with better service and we can't use internet or cable for up to 12 hours with zero compensation, and when we finally have service again, it is worse than before. They try to get you on a service plan that is not unlimited so they can charge you massive overage fees, while incorrectly billing how much data you actually use. So you either pay $50 a month for unlimited data, or you get charged hundreds of dollars in overages that you did not even have. Every year the bill goes up and the service gets worse. Paying over $200 a month for subpar service is ridiculous. We will be scrapping Xfinity as soon as fiber goes into our neighborhood.
