AT&T Fiber

Our ISP charges high prices but the internet speeds are usually ok. However, those speeds are completely unreliable. Our speeds fluctuate almost daily, and restarting the modem does not help. Customer support has been mostly unhelpful, and we are currently looking for a better ISP because of these factors. The random failure of our internet connection is the main issue here, I would happily have slightly slower average speeds for a more consistent connection.

Zito Cable

September 22, 2026

I am highly disappointed with my experience with Zito Media. The connection is highly unstable and constantly cuts out, making it completely unreliable for daily use. When you call to report an outage or an issue, the response time from their technical and customer service teams is pathetic. It takes far too long to get a resolution for problems that shouldn't be happening this frequently in the first place. Terrible service overall.
