AT&T Fiber
December 30, 2025 My internet service from ATT has been acceptable so far. I've had it for just over two years at this point I think and there've been no major outages. I do have a few complaints about the service, there are occasional minor outages lasting a few minutes at most, I do have to reset their provided router at least once a week which can be annoying. The fact that there are two apps to control the account and router services are very *very* annoying and the control page from the router(ie typing in the IP in browser) itself is somewhat unintuitive.

April 07, 2025 We use a local provider, switched from Comcast. The customer service alone made it worth the switch. They are quick to respond, extremely helpful, and were so kind to gift us an extender when the one I purchased from Amazon didn't work. Would absolutely recommend them.

XFINITY Cable
January 11, 2024 Xfinity Internet offers impressive speeds that cater to both casual browsing and heavy streaming needs. The connection is generally reliable, making it a solid choice for households with multiple devices. However, the customer service experience can be frustrating, with long wait times and inconsistent support quality. Additionally, the pricing tends to be on the higher side, especially after the introductory period ends. Hidden fees and frequent price hikes can make it a costly option in the long run. While the internet performance itself is commendable, dealing with the company’s billing and service representatives can be a hassle. Overall, Xfinity provides excellent speed but falls short in customer satisfaction and affordability.
