February 27, 2026 I have Xfinity for my internet service. Although I am happy with the speed of the internet connection I feel the pricing is out of control. Every month I feel it is something new. Everything would be fine if there was reasonable pricing in that department.

XFINITY Cable
February 26, 2026 It seems like the quality of our internet is patchy and the price is high for what we get. Sometimes we have fast internet, other days the internet is slow and we can’t even watch TV (we have a smart tv and use apps). The price is almost 250 for one cable box and internet which feels like a lot of money for okay quality internet. We need to call about getting the bill lowered. We’ve been customers for over 10 years and have talked to lots of people who have better internet with Comcast for less money. It’s frustrating to have to ask them to lower the bill or switch us to a package that costs less. It makes it seem like comcast doesn’t care about customer loyalty and are happy to take our money instead of giving us the same price of service they give other customers

February 11, 2026 I am just moderately pleased with my internet service from Xfinity. I work from home and most of my work life in involves being on video calls. The service can sometimes be top notch. Other times, my calls cut out, my reception is spotty and I can have trouble staying connected. Also, my family and I stream lots of tv. We often have to wait up to 3 minutes for the images that correspond with the shows to load so that we can even see what you are selecting. We previously had Fios and it was much more reliable.

Atlantic Broadband Cable
January 25, 2026 We are using breezeline because there are no other options for our community. The moment another option becomes available we will switch. Their price continuously increases, it has doubled since we started our account five years ago, and the service has not improved. There are consistently outages for no clear reason and I cannot work from home reliably because the internet is so bad. We had to get a wifi extended for our home even though we are already paying for the higher quality internet. We are seriously dissatisfied with this service and can’t wait until they finish installing the fios wires in our community so we can switch providers.
