AT&T Fiber
December 18, 2025 Overall the service is sufficient. I live in a severe weather area and can honestly say service itself has been pretty reliable. The outages that we do encounter have a tendency to last longer than I would like but they also don’t happen very frequently. The customer service is questionable and rarely do they solve the problem the first go round nor do I ever feel adequately helped. It often seems as the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing and they just cannot seem to get on the same page. That said, i have still been a long time customer because overall the service is better than some of the other options.

Cox Fiber
October 26, 2025 I am overall happy with my cox internet. I have a basic plan that cost about $70 a month. It’s not too bad, but I am upset they raised the price. During the two year promotional period I was only paying $45 a month. Other than that I’m happy with their service. I love the fact that I can instant message them and ask them questions or even extend my due date. It’s very convenient.

September 23, 2025 My internet service provider is awesome. I have not had any problems since it was installed, and I've had their service for a few years. It is awesome!

Cox Cable
September 16, 2025 In general, Cox Communications is sufficient for my needs. Through their reduced pricing for lower income households, I get a significant discount while still maintaining high speeds and practically unlimited bandwidth. Most days, my speeds exceed the 250 Mbps down/25Mbps up that is advertised with my plan. However, intermittent outages anywhere between multiple times a week to about once a month. This can be frustrating as someone with heavy internet usage, including gaming, streaming, and working online. For the cost and the overall quality, I don't see myself switching providers in the near future. If someone is actively looking for a provider, has multiple options, and needs a more predictable connection, Cox may not be the best choice but it definitely earns consideration.
